As part of my coursework, I worked on a semester-long Systems Analysis and Design project where I helped guide the development process from the initial planning stages to the final presentation. This project allowed me to practice project coordination, teamwork, and applying system development methods.
Project Overview
The goal of this project was to analyze requirements, plan a system solution, and deliver a complete project outcome through collaboration and structured development processes.
As the project coordinator, I helped organize team activities, track progress, and ensure that project goals were completed on time.
My Role as Project Coordinator
Throughout the project, I was responsible for helping manage project timelines, coordinating team tasks, and keeping everyone aligned with project milestones.
I also provided feedback to team members and helped ensure that our work followed technical and academic requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
What I Learned
This project improved my leadership, communication, and organization skills. I learned how important planning and teamwork are when managing a long-term software project.
Working as a coordinator also helped me understand the importance of clear communication, managing deadlines, and supporting team members to successfully complete project goals.
